Loved the 24-hour reception and tv. Breakfast timing was inconvenient.

Convenient location directly at the BTS station. The large shopping centers are easily accessible on foot from here.

The room was renovated a good year ago, but the smell is very strong, which indicates poor quality materials. The windows cannot be opened and there is no fresh air supply (only recirculated air in connection with the air conditioning in the room). The simple windows do not offer soundproofing, which is completely unacceptable due to the location.

Overall it was decent size with breakfast🙂

I almost gave this place a decent review, but the reception was chaotic, and the staff were angry. The pool is tiny, but no one bothered to fix that. I expected a room upgrade for all my trouble, but evidently, that's too much to ask for around here. Run-of-the-mill experience, really.

The location is simply ingenious. Can highly recommend the hotel.

Very convenient location of the hotel we can reach in a few minutes the shopping centers, such as Siam Center, Siam Parogon and MBK. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel's lobby is a trek up the stairs, which can be a pain after a long day exploring. If you're unlucky with your room facing the street, noise is an issue-even earplugs won't block it out. There's a lack of privacy due to the absence of full curtains, allowing passersby to peek into your room.

Extremely spacious and bright units with free breakfast, the bathroom plus clean towels, and the staff were accommodating. Had an electric kettle and refrigerators at our disposal. The location was good and perfect, next to the Skytrain...

Breakfast was very good. Location is super, through the BTS station right in front of the door.

In the morning the traffic in front of the hotel quickly made it loud.

Location is ideal, right by National Stadium BTS. We had a great view of the Blackpink concert preparations! The room was spacious and very comfortable for three. Plus, breakfast was delicious at a reasonable price.

Staff were super nice, very helpful and location of the hotel was great. BTS directly in front of the hotel. A few minutes walk from Siam.

Good location, next to mbk shopping centre

The ad clearly says aircon. In asia u need aircon without this you will be dripping sweat and have ab uncomfortble sleep. This hotel has no aircon, what they call aircon is actully a fan with no temp control, the room does not reduce in temperature. The bathroom is very dirty and old. For a hotel with potential really needs a refurb. As I said there is no aircon, a fan is not aircon, please change your description to reflect this as people rely on descriptions to make choices on hotels.

The room was spacious, and the bed was good- the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new and with comfortable beds. We were in a strategic location just a short stroll away from a 4-storey Tokyu department store❤👍

Where was balcony?.

Very good location, directly at the BTS Station National Stadium, opposite the MBK. An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle with a beautiful view of the city, both in the bistro and in the room. I enjoyed having big windows, which is not always a given in Bangkok. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and always on the spot. For me a luxury stay at an absolutely justifiable price.
